Il s'agit d'une langue fusionnelle, agglutinative et un peu polysynthétique.

==Grammaire==

Le koritira a six cas grammaticaux: l'Ergatif, l'Absolutif, le Génitif, le Datif, l'Ablatif et le Locatif;
et a trois genres grammaticaux: le Masculin, le Féminin et le Neutre.

Le koritira a quatre modes: l'Indicatif, pour les choses réelles; le Subjonctif, pour les choses irréelles, les rêves; l'Impératif, pour donner des ordres; et le Conditionnel, pour former des questions.
Il a aussi six temps: le Présent, l'Imparfait, le Parfait, le Passé Proche, le Passé Lointain, le Futur Proche et le Futur Lointain.

Le koritira distingue cinq formes de suffixes évidentiels (pour marquer d'où vient l'information): 'Hearsay' les ragots; Qu'on ait entendu l'information à partir d'une bonne personne; Qu'on ait entendu l'information à partir d'une personne mauvaise; Qu'on ait vu l'action se produire; et quand on a expériencé l'action qui se produit.
